Well welcome to my blog.
Knitting to some is a craft, to others a living but to me knitting is a way to get through life with joy and hope. It quashes the depths of depression and you produce something which you can be proud of. Others are so impressed when you surprise them with a home made gift which isn't made of paddle-pop sticks or paper mache. Not that I have anything against either medium. Both are v valuable. Knitting allows you to have clothes that fit well and accessories you are proud to be seen with and are one of a kind without having a thousand dollar plus price tag.
So if I've inspired you to knit that's great if not maybe you have some insight into why people are so crazy about it.
